I let a 4 million dollar catcher go? What was I thinking? do I get draft pick compensation for letting such a "stud" into the open market?

Rules -open bidding with a 12 hour clock -clock runs from 10am-1am est -any bids made between 1:01am-9:59am est are valid, but are considered to be made at 10am est
I can't penalize people for having to sleep. We all have jobs or go to school or whatever. For the most part the board are dead between 1am and 10 am. So the clock should not run during those times to give everyone equal opportunity.
