some of these offers are pretty sketchy. i know you say cheapest he'll sign after, but is commish really suppossed to do your negotiating for you?

It gets tricky sometimes when GM's are vague about stuff like this. But don't think there is any funny business going on. I'll simply offer the starting point offer and try to negotiate a deal from there. I know some people know the formula to get a player to sign for the cheapest amount possible, but I don't. I never cared to figure it out when I used to GM teams and I sure as heck not going to try to figure it out for somebody elses team
