Oops, I didn't notice the NTCs , My bad I tested a couple of new offers, this should work: Schilling - 2.83 million for 4 years, no NTC Lieberthal - 2.18 million a year for 4 years, no NTC

those aren't close to what the player is asking.
Schilling 4 years 3.23 with a no trade
Lieberthal 4 years 2.35 with a no trade
that's what they want, if you want them without a no trade your going to have to offer them more money then they are asking.
I could get them to sign for around..
Schilling- 4 years 3.4
Lieberthal- 4 years 2.5
But that's far from what your offer is so I held off.

Dammit, could've sworn you could sign him for that cheap. Oh well, I'm probably trading him anyway. BTW, give Lieberthal his money.

a lot of it depends on what your starting point is. If you started lower then maybe he met you in the middle. You just said sign him for 2.77 for 4 years. So that's what I offered and he rejected it. There is no need to post screen shots trying to show me up. I don't have a team and I'm not trying to cheat anyone. I'm not going keep loading and reloading the game to try 100 different combinations to sign every free agent to the exact dollar amount that you could get him to sign for in the game. When you sign them for lower then they want, they get mad and demand more.
