KC you can not bid on him until season official starts.. You already signed 1 Type B FA. And goes for anyone else bidding on Type A or B FA before the season officially starts. If they haven't signed a Type B yet they can bid but will have to give up draft pick if signed before season starts. This is why Bal withdrew his bid for now.

I reread the post on Type A and B free agents and I was at fault. I didn't see at the end of the sentence for each free agent you wrote "in season". I apologize for the misunderstanding. I would have gladly given up my first rounder for either type B though, too bad that wasn't an option.
I will bid 3 years 1.4 million for the right to regret this contract next season.

Not sure what wins the bid Years or dollars cause id rather sign him to 4yrs @ 1.1 mill but if not my last offer Do you really need an answer to this? The previous post you offered 6 million over the course of 3 seasons, and you think 4.4 million over the course of 4 might be a better offer? I could see an argument if you had offered 4 yrs at 1.6 million possibly guaranteeing more money (it's not better), but to offer less guaranteed money over more years is??? Your offer of 3 yrs at 2 million per is best bid to date. Bid closes in 5 hours if noone tops that bid.
