Pirates Get:
Burnett, A.J. SP 24 94/94 Beckett, Josh SP 21 88/93 Knotts, Gary RP 24 78/84
Marlins Get:
Tejada, Miguel SS 25 95/99 Williams, Dave SP 22 83/97 Hernandez, Runelvys SP 23 82/93
I accept, I am doing this for money reasons, and I get two very good proven starting pitchers. Peace and good luck Tejada.

I want to hear Florida's reasoning. It looks to me that they've already got great hitting and that by trading Burnett and Beckett, they really kill their pitching. Granted they get the two prospects, but I'm not sure. I just want to hear from the Marlins. This isn't a veto or an approval.

Marlins have a host of young pitching, and want another great hitter for the lineup... need a 3rd power hitter

Trading two legit aces in one trade just doesn't make baseball sense.
