Only one year after going 100-62 and winning the AL Central, the Minnesota Twins have struggled with injuries all season. The Twins currently sit in fourth place with a 71-78 record. Here's a list of the major injuries to key players and how long they were out: Cory Koskie - broken wrist (10 months) AJ Pierzynski - broken fibula (3 months) Jacque Jones - dislocated hip (6 weeks) Richard Hidalgo - broken tibia (3 months) Brad Radke - shoulder separation and strained knee (6 weeks) Midre Cummings - broken hip (3 months) Doug Mientkiewicz - broken foot (6 weeks) Todd Walker - broken ankel (2 months) Just felt like complaining I guess. I didn't think my medical staff expense was that low, but I guess next year I'll have to up it so I can actually compete!!

I felt bad for this team. Every sim I would cringe when looking at injuries. Next year you should be a serious contender again with Hafner, Guzman, Cuddyer, Miller, Balfour, and a bunch of others just about to start hitting their prime. The bright side is you'll get a good draft pick to add to your already solid farm system and nobody on your team is over 32.
