I noticed that sometimes teams want to sign a free agent to fill a team need cause of injury and they end up missing the sim because of the 24 hour wait period. So here are some suggestions....
first come first serve-since player is unemployed ,the first team to offer contract(that he accepts) gets him
24 hour waitsame as always, after initial offer, other teams have 24 hours to make a higher bid.
1st come/serve if under 80-means you can sign a player rated 79 or lower right away. But if the player is 80 or better then it must wait 24 hours to see if there is higher bidder.
THIS IS ONLY FOR SIGNINGS APRIL-SEPTEMBER

I havent voted yet, but i was wondering if maybe i could suggest that maybe we cut it from a 24 hour wait to a 12 hour wait? That may help out a bit with the ability to sign people for fill in spots but also keep it competitive with all other teams still having a shot at the free agent. Just a suggestion

related to this, can we change off season free agency from a 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock? This will make it easier to identify exactly when a player locks. I think it will go much more smoothly this way and with the clock previously stopping from 2-10 AM every day, it was usually at least 20 hours between bids anyway.
