Free and easy-any team can choose to move at any time and will play in a new stadium upon arrival Cash in Advance-your allowed to move but must have enough money to build a new stadium better then the one you currently have Build as you go-you can move to a new city but must play in a AAA park(lowest quality in MLB) untill you raise enough money to build a new one that you earned.

I like build as you go...
I'd be fine with using a Triple A park and raising the money to improve it.

The chance that a team which is in ACTUAL FINANCIAL TROUBLE would be able to move to a new city and then be able to raise money in a really crappy park in a reasonable amount of time is pretty slim,.

Should also stipulate a league vote before a move is approved.

Should also stipulate a league vote before a move is approved. Damn right. This is the ONLY way I will vote yes for any of the votes related to moving. It should be agreed upon by the admins or GMs that the team that is moving has an urgent need to do so. I'll abstain from voting for the moment. -Pads

It looks like it may not be an issue. If teams have to finance the stadium up front then it's going to take years of saving up money. And considering that team that wants to move the most will be bankrupt by seasons end due to being 10 mil over budget both years I doubt that team will ever have the money to move.

I was looking at Pitt. If he move to Broklyn and change some of the setting on the ball park, he could move there with zero cost to him. But then again he may be in the hole after the season is over. Then maybe down the road he could save enough money to upgrade or build a new stadium there.

I looked after reading Tex's post and Brooklyn is willing to pay for my stadium with all Fairs for convience, sight and comfort up to 60,000 seats.
Also my fan loyalty would not go down one bit. Can this be considered/put up for vote? Also, I plan to cut a huge amount of salary this off season to account and show that I can be fiscally responsible.
